QinetiQ, Aydin Yazilim Ve Elektronik Sanayi A.S. (AYESAS), Real-Time Innovations Inc. (RTI), Systems Consultants Services Limited UK and Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO) have joined recently the Distributed Networked Battle Labs (DNBL) framework increasing the number of its members to 31.
Same as all framework participants, they have gained full access to the DNBL portal which enables them the exploration of the Service Catalogue and collaboration with the community members. The service catalogue is created by the member organisations which can act as both; service provider and/or service user. The DNBL Framework offers its new members the legal umbrella, organisational concept and the administrative and technical processes to enable the different capabilities to be available to all.
DNBL framework remains an exemplary project within NATO Smart Defence concept. The framework initiative originated in 2008 with Nations, Industry and Academia seek to make better use of existing system and capabilities, which coincided with the NATO search to improve interoperability and with the need to reduce costs of Testing & Experimentation activities.
